The 2022 CEEA-ACÉG conference will be hosted on the Keele Campus of York University in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Participants are required to follow all institutional, Toronto Public Health and provincial regulations for COVID-19. We all share a responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.
- York University’s mask mandate remains in effect. In indoor spaces, all participants at the CEEA-ACÉG conference are required to wear a face mask that covers their mouth, nose, and chin. Details about requirements, including exceptions, are available in York University’s Masking Protocol.
- Please see the YU Better Together website for the latest COVID-19 information and updates.
- CEEA-ACÉG conference participants should self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and must not come to York University’s campus if they are feeling unwell. Participants must follow Toronto Public Health’s screening questionnaire or Ontario’s COVID-19 self assessment tool.
- York University has paused its COVID-19 vaccination mandate, and CEEA-ACÉG participants will not be required to show proof of vaccination. Visitors to campus are strongly encouraged to keep their vaccination up to date, including third or fourth doses when eligible.
- The primary buildings used for the CEEA-ACÉG conference are the Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence and the Second Student Centre. Both are newer buildings on campus, and they have mechanical ventilation systems that have been upgraded with MERV-13 filters.
- We recognize that travel plans may abruptly change due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please see our cancellation and refund policy for details about how conference registration may be transferred to another individual up to the first day of the conference.
