It is highly recommended to book your rooms early! Though the discounted prices listed are guaranteed until the listed deadlines, the availability of the rooms is not, and Montréal is a popular travel destination during the summer.

Please note that there are very limited options for accommodations near the Polytechnique Montréal campus, so these hotels have been selected for easy travel to the conference by public transport, and for proximity to downtown and popular attractions (the fun doesn’t have to end with the last technical sessions of the day!). An approximate travel time to Polytechnique Montréal is included for each hotel.
