Les postes varient de un à trois ans et les postes ouverts sont annoncés en janvier de chaque année avec une date de clôture au 1er mars.
Nous avons plusieurs postes pour l’année 2026/2027 :
Le conseil d’administration du CEEA-ACÉG est composé de onze directeurs, dont un est le directeur étudiant. Tous les directeurs doivent être membres du CEEA-ACÉG ; le directeur étudiant doit être un membre étudiant et les autres directeurs ne doivent pas être des membres étudiants (c’est-à-dire qu’ils peuvent être des membres professionnels, honoraires ou affiliés). Parmi les dix administrateurs non étudiants, au moins un doit provenir de chaque région géographique (Atlantique, Québec, Ontario et Ouest). Les rôles suivants sont remplis par les administrateurs du conseil d’administration chaque année pour un mandat d’un an (voir nos règlements (en anglais) pour plus de détails) :

Nomination Deadline: April 15
This award recognizes individuals who have, over a period of more than 15 years, made a significant contribution to the development of engineering education in Canada and who have made a significant commitment to the CEEA-ACÉG. This award will only be granted when the Nominating and Awards Committee (NAC) and the CEEA-ACÉG Board of Directors are of the opinion that a deserving candidate has been nominated (i.e., the award may not be awarded every year).

The designation of Fellow honours individuals who have demonstrated noteworthy service to engineering education, engineering leadership, or engineering design education through their work with CEEA-ACÉG.
Why nominate someone to be a Fellow of CEEA-ACÉG?
These Fellowships provide national recognition from your peers for your service and contribution to engineering education, engineering leadership, or engineering design education in Canada.
Who can be nominated to the Fellowship of CEEA-ACÉG?
Individuals can be nominated based on the following criteria:
The nominee is a current CEEA-ACÉG member and has been a member for a minimum of 7 years (within the past 10 years) and one or more of:
a. Served as President-Elect, Vice-President, President, and Past-President, and/or
b. Served as a Board member for one term (2 years), and/or
c. Served as an active SIG chair for at least 2 years, and/or
d. Participated in at least five CEEA-ACÉG Conferences.
*CEEA-ACÉG reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend a fellowship.
Can I nominate myself?
In 2024 and beyond, nominations must come from two CEEA-ACÉG Fellows, with at least one from a different institution than that of the nominee. While self-nominations are not accepted, it is reasonable for the nominator to complete the nomination form in consultation with the nominee so that the requested information is correct and accurate.
When are nominations accepted?
The call for nominations for Fellow of CEEA-ACÉG will be during the Awards period between January to April 15 and awarded at the CEEA-ACÉG Annual Conference Banquet.
Nominations Process
A nomination package submitted by one of the two CEEA-ACÉG Fellow nominators must include the following from each nominator:
Short statement describing how the nominee demonstrates noteworthy service to engineering education, engineering leadership, or engineering design education through their work with CEEA-ACÉG (1 page max.)

Each recipient is recognized at the annual banquet where they receive a CEEA-ACÉG Fellows pin and a certificate of recognition. Their name is added to the CEEA-ACÉG Fellows webpage. Recognition of deceased fellows will continue as Fellows in Memoriam.

Awarded annually to a student who demonstrates commitment to innovation, change and improvement in engineering education, and is making significant contributions to the CEEA-ACÉG community and the field, advancing engineering education or engineering education research knowledge and/or innovation.

This award is presented to a person who, early in their career, has made a commitment to the development of engineering education in Canada through practice, educational leadership and/or research and to the CEEA-ACÉG community. This person is making significant differences in engineering education through innovation, change, and the improvement in the engineering classroom and/or through research. They also demonstrate their support to CEEEA-ACÉG through membership and conference participation and service.
